Introduction to Tim Bowyer

Tim Bowyer has taught English, authored courses, trained teachers and/or directed schools in England, France, Spain, Italy, Iran, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Jordan, the UAE and Lebanon. He is the founder of the British Institute schools in Indonesia and creator of the Fonetiks family of websites.

He 'has', as they say in the British Council, a number of languages. He is British but currently (June 2009) based in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand.

His wife is Javanese and he has five children.
